Our story

Your neighbourhood taproom in the heart of Fiveways.

We're a community taproom about a mile north of Brighton town centre, and we pour beer and cider from Sussex producers only. Whether you're a seasoned beer lover or just starting out, our cosy and friendly space invites you to discover new flavours, share good conversation, and unwind.

Step inside to find a warm, welcoming environment — perfect for catching up with friends, enjoying a quiet pint, or meeting fellow beer enthusiasts. Children and dogs are welcome too, so nobody gets left at home.

You don't pay for the room — just a minimum bar spend. From £250 midweek, £1,000 at weekends.

Exclusive use of the whole venue — up to 80 inside, or 100 with the outside space.

We're a small place, so hire means the whole thing — no other customers, no shared corners. Drop us an email about a week before your date and we'll sort the rest between us.

Midweek Hire

Monday to Thursday, the taproom is yours. Ideal for work socials, birthdays and get-togethers that don't need a Saturday night.

No hire fee — minimum bar spend from £250.
